Transforming the way we do business
JOURNEY FROM ISOLATION
TO CONNECTION
by engaging the alchemy of business through transparency, truth and transcendence.
Our methodology creates safe spaces in which thought leaders can access the truth of who they are, become clear about how they use their power and bring that into congruence with the organization, the country or their personal objectives.

Vision
To contain the charism that creates a world where Hope is real, and Limitations are Impossible.

Mission
Through a process of scaffolding that enables access to one’s inner resources ensuring that the alchemy of transformation is inevitable.

Values
The fundamental principles of the Institute for Applied Alchemy is to work with Transparency and Equanimity.
To create a space for innovative and intuitive guidance to emerge within a corporate and leadership environment. The essence of these principles is to elicit and live a reality that business can be done in another way.

Purpose
To impact the Gini-coefficient in South Africa by ensuring that each citizen understands their individual wound and has sufficient internal scaffolding to extricate the gold that lies within.
Our Global Energy Footprint

The Institute’s programmes encourage a change in perspective and problem-solving at an innate level,
which inevitably catapults the individual and/or organization into a global mindset
creating impact and effecting real change.

Industrial Psychologist My core focus is on acknowledging that which lies within and through alchemical processing, allows one’s frequency to impact the worlds we live in. Utilising a unique combination of qualifications and gifts has enabled an agility that allows transcendence and an unlocking of people’s life intricacies beyond the boundaries of the professional world. My ability to bring the unseen aspects of oneself into workable, tangible parts bring healing at a fundamental level. Through facilitation of this intensive process, the magic that is housed in the unseen parts, is created to exist. As an international facilitator, I work in highly charged, conflict-driven environments. My working intent is to move towards conflict resoluteness, this approach has enabled multi-dimensional impact and has opened great possibilities. I am a professional who stands firm in what I believe and calls out the best in everyone and every situation. My approach is direct, and style is engaging.

The IAA presents the integration of a new world system and approach to dealing with critical socio-economic issues. It challenges the minds of influential thinkers with the intention of creating a greater impact on South Africa and the world. The essence of the work speaks to intrinsic values of ownership and collective acknowledgement of the power we hold within to create substantial change that is shared by all. The outcome of the work is focused on evolving high-performance leaders to inspirational leaders by shifting them towards a level of intrinsic value and fulfilment.
